This policy outlines our clear guidelines for refunds, returns, and sales to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.


2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible items. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any product that shows signs of use, has been altered, or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon arrival and keeping all original packaging.


4. The Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. You can expect to see the credit in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us directly at contact@pufftopin.com.


5. Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items

Please be aware that certain items are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Final Sale Items: All items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

  • Custom or Personalized Art: Due to their unique nature, custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be returned.

  • Digital Products & Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges for Damaged Goods

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. We take great care in our packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please take photos and email us immediately at contact@pufftopin.com. We will guide you through the exchange process to get a replacement sent to you as soon as possible.


7. Shipping & Return Costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Pufftopin cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipment process.
