At Pufftopin, we stand behind the quality of our wall art. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. This policy is designed to be clear and straightforward, ensuring a smooth process if you ever need to make a return or request a refund.


2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.


3. Eligibility for Returns

For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition that you received it. Any product that has been used, altered, or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process all returns.


4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or Personalized Art: These pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
  • Gift Cards: The purchase of gift cards is non-refundable.
  • Damaged by Customer: We cannot accept returns for items damaged after delivery due to misuse or neglect.

5. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you experience a delay, please contact your bank or credit card company first.


6. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@pufftopin.com with photos of the item and its packaging. We will guide you through the exchange process to send you a replacement as quickly as possible.


7. Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For valuable items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
