1. General Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping at Pufftopin! We’re dedicated to ensuring your beautiful wall art arrives safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and timelines. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our delivery estimates are as follows:
UK Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days after processing.
UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days after processing.
Please note that these are estimates. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. This allows you to monitor the status of your package as it makes its way to you.
5. Shipping Address & Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Pufftopin is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. We will not refund or reship an order until the original package is returned to us by the courier.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
Pufftopin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you with the process. If a package is confirmed as lost by the courier, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a solution.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Pufftopin ships only within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working to expand our services and will update this policy accordingly in the future.
